"Shruti is worth her weight in gold. I hired her to design my small backyard and she did a fantastic job. She saw potential and had a vision which she made come alive through drawings with options for me to look at, and decide. She then followed through by short-listing contractors and having multiple people come, look, measure and give me a quote. It allowed me to get comfortable with whoever I decided to go with. I made many changes to what I thought I wanted, and she patiently worked with me, following up with both the contractor and me, doing site visits and coming to the nursery. I appreciated her deep technical knowledge as well as her aesthetic sense - she grouped plants according to growing conditions, water needs, flowering season etc, and knew what conversations to have with the contractor on the electrical, plumbing, concrete etc.. Most importantly I felt like I had a friend and a guide throughout the entire process, who stepped up or down depending on what I needed. Multiple people who saw my backyard asked for her contact. I can't wait to tackle the front yard with her next!"

"Terry and I have worked with a couple of landscape designers before but there was never a connection like I felt with Shruti. Her passion, energy, knowledge, experience and communication skills are a wonderful combination. She walked the property and listened to the descriptions of how we used the areas, our ideas and how we wanted to expand it. Her plans came back in a week with 4 different styles and to help decide on the feel of it, included were pictures of different materials, steps, walls, planters… We quickly went through 3 revisions to come up with the final drawing full of the details needed for our installation team. Shruti was always available to talk with, providing resources, show rooms & samples of material. The 3 connected patios are now poured with sitting walls, 3 sets of stairs and a water feature. We are so happy every time we step into the living room and look out to this new living space."
